Directed by Josh Cooley, who has worked on previous Toy Story 4 this film shows to the audience a glimpse about the some of the major events in the war between the This movie will be released in 2024 September – it is new, yet it takes on the familiar tale with new and exciting aspects, yet it still holds the feeling which is expected from fans of the previous series.

Plot Overview: The Birth of a War

The DVD “Transformers One” takes a closer look at the origin of Optimus Prime and Megatron that has never been explored before. Autobots and Decepticons have never been able to co-exist and maybe they never will; but Cybertron used to be a flourishing planet with no civil wars or strife. Orion Pax that appeared later as the character Optimus Prime  and Megatronus, turning into the villainous Megatron character. These two would-be leaders, once allied, wanted to lead their civilization in entirely opposed manners.

The movie depicts crew members who turn from friends to enemies and the process. Orion Pax is the principal character of heroism who yearns for peace, more so as justice triumphant, while Megatronus evolves to an authoritarian megalomaniac that thinks the people of Cybertron need the ‘ear splitting’ proviso of a superior. The formation of two different gangs depending on their compliance or otherwise to these ideologies is set down here as the seeds for the worsening future civil war in Cybertron are sown.

While the original movies show what happens after this division, Transformers One goes deeper into what happened, the pain each of these characters went through and how the last split lead to the formation of Autobots and Decepticons. The emotional stakes are great in the movie.

Cast and Characters: A Stellar Ensemble

The voice cast of  Transformers One  also contains one of several elements with the experience and the new talented actors that reveal the essence of a personality.

Chris Hemsworth is the voice behind Optimus Prime/Orion Pax. Lastly, Optimus transforms from the fresh and jovial actor which is Hemsworth to the soldiers up Autobot of the successive movies.

Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron (Megatronus). To my mind, Henry does the justice to Megatron as this complicated character painted as a man who begins well but ends up horribly flawed due to his greed for power.

Scarlett Johansson as Elita One []. Elita One is the partner and the warrior of Orion Pax. Johansson lends her a determined yet understanding vocal performance thus bringing to life the almost caricature-like struggle.

I tap for two performers as well, Keegan-Michael Key portraying Bumblebee. Being a comedian Key brings humor into the depiction of Bumblebee while still providing him with the main traits and qualities of a loyal and caring guardian.

Laurence Fishburne is an actor who will play Alpha Trion. Fishburne can sing well and has a good and commanding voice that are needed to provide enough authority to Alpha Trion who is sort of like a mentor in the entire Transformers ‘verse to both Orion Pax and Megatronus.

- Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime. Indeed, as Hamm read the comic, he has been more qualified in painting the picture of the character in the movie as a royal figure and makes the audience understand and strike a balance of where the position of Sentinel Prime stands within the lore of Cybertron.

Visuals and Action: Cybertron Like Never Before

With this aspect being more like a comparison it is visually a lot more successful in portraying Cybertron in Transformers One. Visions like these together with colors and sizes represent that vivid and actually quite surreal environment as familiar but of the future world. In combination with powerful CGI animation creates the opportunity for the audience to feel the legendary mood of Cybertron’s time.

H insulin the wish between realism, thus the emotionally disturbing content does not run from action. Fights between Autobots and Decepticons are satifisticated for entertainment purposes, but progres the story at the same time.

Review: Transformers : More Than Meets the Depth for the Transformers Franchise

"Transformers One” is a well thought out movie about the creation of the Transformers universe, successfully combining profound battles in a galaxy filled with complex, stunning sci-fi themes, as well as the relationships between the main characters. However what makes it stand out from other online magazines is the fact that it is centered on telling a story. Whereas past *Transformers * movies depend more on the explosion to make the big thing, * Transforming one* depict time to describe the revival of the characters and the feeling aspect that brings about the war to be bigger.

On the aesthetic side, the movie is an eye-masterpiece, which perfectly uses one form of realism to draw the universe of Cybertron. It is understandable that some elements of the game appear to be very colorful; the futuristic design of characters and objects, the cheerful use of colors, and the spectacular battle scenes give the audience familiar feeling of the movie.

That does not exclude the fact that the film is not militantly empty of movement scenes which the whole series is usually associated with, instead, the movements are tactfully employed to enhance the movie. This approach may be shocking to the expectation of lovers of various actions but in the end it will enrich the experience altogether.
